Queen Egg Chamber 25mm Scale.

25mm scale diorama based on the Egg Chamber scene from Aliens. The 25mm miniatures are white metal, the Alien Queen, Alien Warriors, Eggs, Ripley and Newt were miniatures produced by Leading Edge Miniatures.  The egg sack was scratch built using 3/4" plumbing waste pipe as a central core, with Milliput modeling putty built up in layers around the pipe.  The framework was made from Plastruct plastic tube and plastic card.  All Leading Edge Alien miniatures are now deleted.

1/35th scale injection plastic kit.  Produced by Halcyon.

25mm scale diorama based on Aliens. This diorama again uses the 25mm scale pewter miniatures from Leading Edge, the Queen has had slight modification to pose and tail, the power loader has extra details added and hydraulic pipes. The 'Bishop' figurer was cut in half and small tubes made from Milliput added to reproduce the internal pipes.  The flooring on the base was made from aluminum sheet and Brass etched panels.  All Leading Edge Alien miniatures are now deleted. 

Colonial Marine 'Hicks' Bust, resin garage kit, produced by Jay Dee. This photo represents 'Hicks' with his helmet on.  This kit has long since been deleted.

1/9th scale injection plastic kit.  Produced by Halcyon.  The Alien was built straight from the box, the Egg was opened up to allow interior detail to be added, in the form of a Face Hugger and goo.

This diorama was built as a shop display to approximately 1/6th scale.  The Alien is completely scratch built, using corrugated tubing and a huge amount of Milliput. The Marine conversion is based on an Action Man figure, the base used Aquariun undergravel filter plates and whatever else was to hand in the bits box.

1/6th scale resin Garage kit. The kit is built straight from the box, with only the strap for the weapons being replaced.  Produced by Creatures Unlimited.  This kit has not been available for a few years now, but is planned to be re released at some point.

1/9th scale injection plastic kit produced by Halcyon.  The Alien model was built straight from the box, this model has a slightly different paint scheme to the other Halcyon Alien model  shown on this page.

1/8th scale vinyl kit by Geometric.  The alien egg (which is not part of the kit), is a converted Kinder Surprise egg.  This kit represents the first and only release of a series of proposed 1/8th scale figure releases from Geometric.

1/5th scale vinyl kit.   Produced by Halcyon.  The Alien warrior kit had modifications to the pose to make it more dynamic.

1/60th scale vinyl kit, Produced by Halcyon.  The winch was added to give extra detail to the model.

Alien War Privilege Card.

 This credit card sized pass was issued as part of the Alien Face Hugger VHS Video Box Set. As indicated, the card allowed for 2 for 1 entry into the Alien War which was located in the Trocadero Centre in central London.

As a matter of added interest, the card which was mine, was the first card to be used to gain entry into the Alien War.
